Chris P.

Some callings are born to us, others are found later down the road of life. Chris was no exception to this type of late-in-life calling. Having majored in music with an emphasis in voice and then falling into the "Tech World," there was still a lack of fulfillment in what he was doing.

In 2014, Chris decided to enroll in the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado to embark on his desire to help others fulfill their potential to live happier and healthier lives.

Having graduated with Honors after completing the 600+ hour program, Chris started Corpo Fitness to bring training to individuals wherever they were in their fitness endeavor.

Knowing the intimidation of the gym, there was a clear need to bring fitness to the home for individuals needing guidance and support to better use what many already had available to them such as free weights, exercise balls, cardio equipment, etc.

Chris brings empathy, understanding, knowledge, and support for his clients to find a better sense of their physical, emotional, and mental selves.

With certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), specializations in Suspension Training, Facial Movement Taping with RockTape (FMT-1), balance training, core training, cardio programming, and more, a customized, safe, and effective program awaits when training with Corpo Fitness.
