What does the program include?
Corpo Coaching is a 12-month body transformation program powered by Precision Nutrition's science backed research and system with over 100,000 successful client transformations.

With Corpo Coaching, you'll learn how to:

  • Eat better, without dieting or feeling deprived.
  • Get active, no matter what shape you're in now.
  • Ditch food "rules" and leave behind fad diets.
  • Build fitness into your life, without it taking over.
  • Achieve, and maintain, your goals, even when life gets busy.
Daily emails
Clients get daily emails containing brief descriptions of what they should be working on and thinking about that day. These emails link to a special homepage where lessons, habits, and assignments are outlined.

Daily habits
Every 2 weeks clients are presented with a new habit, something they're asked to practice every day, to develop a particular nutrition or lifestyle skill. These habits are explained in detail on day one. And every day after, reminders are sent for each lesson.

Daily habit checksEvery day you'll be asked to record whether or not you practiced your habit. Consistency is tracked in a special "Progress" area of your client Dashboard.

Daily lessons and assignmentsTo support the daily habits, brief lessons in the form of articles, videos, audio files, and/or downloads are offered. Client engagement with lessons and assignments is tracked in the client's progress area and reported to your trainer upon completion. Digital medals are awarded for progress achievements and consistency.

Regular progress checksEvery week or two, clients are asked to provide their body weight, girths, photos, and other markers of progress, including subjective ones. These are tracked in the client's progress area and reported to your trainer to provide feedback and support.

Who is coaching for?
Coaching is for those who want to get healthier, fitter, and stronger by:

  • Losing weight and body fat
  • Creating confidence and building strength
  • Achieve lasting results through habit and lifestyle based coaching
  • Having a coach to contact when you need accountability and encouragement.
The program is designed for people with busy schedules by helping create achievable habits to help eat well and exercise, no matter what other craziness is going on in their lives.

Corpo Fitness provides you with personal accountability, a structured nutritional program to follow, and a coach to help keep you consistent and on-track.

Who is Precision Nutrition Coaching NOT for?Coaching is not for figure or fitness models, professional bodybuilders, or high-level athletes training for a particular sport. It's also not for people who already have all the accountability they need. 
If you rarely struggle with staying consistent with your exercise or eating habits, then we may not be a good choice for you.

Do you give me a meal plan?Simply put, no, we don't give out meal plans. Meal plans are often difficult to follow and result in restrictive eating. Due to the medical nature of meal plans, it is recommended you contact a Registered Dietician or Nutritionist to receive more customized eating plans appropriate for your needs.

I read that you require progress photos. Do I have to submit those?
Progress photos are a part of regular checkins during your program, but they are not "required."The reason we request progress photos is to visually document the changes you're making while coaching with us. It's also important for your coach to see what's happening so they can help give you guidance along the way. The pictures will be kept totally private at all times. Remember, we're here to help people change their bodies and their lives. Not to embarrass anyone or make them feel ashamed. So you can opt out of the photo process if you want to. 
Nonetheless, we really do encourage you to stretch yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and give this method a try so you have a marker for change after the year program.

I have a few injuries. Can I still join?
Yes. We all go through injuries, so we understand where you're coming from.If you sign up for Corpo Coaching Workouts, the exercises are to help fit your needs.Once you've signed up, you'll simply work with your coach to find some easy and effective alternatives. And of course, always check with your medical professionals before starting any new health and fitness program for any contraindications to be aware of.

I follow a special diet (plant-based, vegan, Paleo, intermittent fasting). Will you still work with me?
Yep, we'd love to work with you. The nutrition habits your coach will guide you through are easily customizable.All you have to do is let your coach know what your dietary preferences/restrictions are and they'll help you out.

What if I miss lessons or fall behind, can I restart the program?Like life, there is no pause button. We understand that life happens and we all fall behind sometimes. The daily emails and lessons can be overwhelming and require dedicated time and attention. That's why the program is 12 months long to allow for adaptation and followup. There is a course archive that lets you return to any lesson for review along the way. So we encourage you to setup daily calendar time to work on you and your program. This is about life long change and habits to help you achieve your goals for good!
